Community Rehabilitation Services is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center set in the quaint home town environment of Rose City, Michigan. Our clinic has been completely remodeled and has all of the state-of-the art equipment you would expect to find in a big city facility. There is no longer the need to travel long distances to receive the quality care you deserve. Community Rehabilitation Services is not new to the area, but we have recently relocated. We are currently located at the top of the hill on the corner of Linton and M-33 (next to the Rose City Café).
We have a completely renovated facility that is fully handicapped accessible and a friendly courteous staff of professional ready to meet all of your physical rehabilitation needs. Our staff of experienced professionals will provide patients with caring and compassionate treatment to give them the best possible results under the supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. Wayne Wahl. We have a full team of professionals which include Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists. We also have a Social Worker available to talk to should the need arise. We take a team approach on each client, all working together with one common goal in mind, improving your quality of life. We love what we do and we do it with passion and pride. You may be interested to know that we also have home therapies available if the client meets the criteria.
